Senior Curator for Architecture and Design, Museum of Modern Art
Named one of the 25 most incisive design visionaries by Time magazine, Paola Antonelli has devoted her career to insistently promote design’s understanding and its positive influence on the world. Senior Curator in the Department of Architecture and Design at MOMA, Antonelli has lectured worldwide on interdisciplinary gatherings such as the World Economic Forum in Davos, and has taught Design History and Theory at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. She is a Senior Fellow with The Royal College of Art in London, and holds honorary doctorates in design from Kingston University and the Art Centre College of Design. In 2006, Antonelli received the Smithsonian Institution’s National Design Award, ‘Design Mind’.
