Ira C. Magaziner serves as the Chairman of the Clinton Climate Initiative and the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative. From 1993 through to 1998, Magaziner served as Senior Advisor to President Clinton for Policy Development, supervising the development and implementation of the administration’s policy for the commercialization of the internet. Prior to his White House appointment, he earned respect as one of America’s most successful corporate strategy consultants. Magaziner, a Rhodes Scholar, has received several honorary doctorate degrees, and has served on the boards of numerous charitable and educational organizations. He is currently on the Board of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and the Clinton Hunter Development Initiative.
